Have we reached the bottom of the housing real estate market? I think we have in San Diego County with some communities showing strong sales activity. This doesn’t mean prices will start to appreciate anytime soon, but I think it gives stability throughout the San Diego market. We need the formula of stability, and strong sales activity in the overall real estate market before we will seen any signs of appreciation. In my opinion I think the rest of 2011, and into Spring 2012 we will see stability throughout San Diego, and hopefully continued signs of strong sales activity.
